Arlene Bailey

Arlene Bailey was a female R&B singer from the early 90s. Not much information is given about her, but she was signed to Agb Records.

In 1990, Arlene released her only album "I've Got My Game Plan Working Baby." It's unknown how or if the album made the charts. The title song was released as a single, but didn't make the charts. After that, it seems as if Arlene faded into obscurity. Nothing much has been heard from her since.
